Fun weekend

Lots to be thankful for!  Flinders came to town and we did lots of things.  Cooking, cleaning, finger nail painting, Black Friday shopping (of course a last minute decision), bowling, Flinders family photos, looking at christmas lights and of course more cooking and eating!  For dinner, we hosted not only the Flinders but the Peterson's.

What a wonderful week we are truely blessed!

Of course I didn't take enough pictures, but here are a few of us getting a tree on Saturday.  :)

Headed up the mountain.

At the "tippy-top-peak" as the kids said.  Poor Jaxon was quite sick.  Fever, dry cough.  He still sounds awful.  He could hardly breathe climbing so we had to take a little break.  Lilli...well she was being grumpy because we made her leave the chips in the car.

 

TIMBER!  Victory!  We chopped it down.

 

We found about 1 cup of snow so Lilli had a really good idea.

Here they are decorating.  Lexi and Lilli got to wear their Christmas dresses to church.  Lilli changed but Lexi just couldn't.  They love them!

 

It is quite the Charlie Brown tree except it is definitely not small!  It stands about 11 ft and is missing lots of branches.  :)  The kids love it!

 

P.S.  Jaxon is officially taller than CJ and definitely weighs more.  They are both well aware of the fact.
